In the meantime, you can find some interesting benchmark experiments in the papers for Hyrax[1] and STARKs[2]. I'm sure there's a lot more out there, but these are some hard numbers that I've come across. I'm a newbie when it comes to this stuff but it's really exciting to see all the progress.
