- AmericanChopper 8y agoAmazon isn’t a threat to small businesses in general. Certain categories of retailers will struggle to compete with them, but that’s the nature of innovation. Old business models will always need to find new ways to compete. Also, Something your assertion completely ignores is the Amazon is friend #1 of consumers. If consumers didn’t benefit from Amazon, they wouldn’t use it.
