Nonsense. It's wonderful advice for agents of the business entities that provide it. These companies can get millions of students per year to sign up for academic programs financed entirely by federally-guaranteed jumbo loans with no money down and no credit check. The institutions can then deposit the checks from those loans into their accounts and use them to build cool buildings and to pay big paychecks. As for the people receiving the advice, who cares about those idiots? By the time they suffer any negative consequences from it, the checks will have already cleared.
