I don't understand Twitter well enough I guess... how does this help them?
- WrtCdEvrydy 8y agoCould be someone social engineering or they just don't want the chatter about issues directed to them.
- ceejayoz 8y agoI don't know if it's incompetence or intentional. (and again, I still haven't been able to confirm if it's genuine...) Either way, it likely gets them out of a lot of expensive Twitter support, as people (should) go "nooooope" when asked by a random stranger for that info.
