Management forced it on us, so we use it (as little as we can get away with, but that's mostly because nobody here seems much point in either Teams, or Slack, or something like that). As much as we do use it, though, it seems to work quite well. Video conferencing actually seems more reliable than Skype for Business / Lync / whatever it is today.
