Increased enrollment isn't the same thing as increasing work %. Some of these other studies are testing "cash transfer for specific thing" and find that "specific thing" increased, somewhat. That's not really what people are arguing when they argue broader cash transfers, like Basic Income. The work disincentive of basic-income-like cash transfers, in studies so far, is actually somewhat consistent at around 10%.
