And you can to some extent rewind by dropping the current frame (unless your code had side effects, but that's just another reason to avoid them ;) ) But I think my workflow is similar to yours. I often set a breakpoint in my new code and just watch the state to see if it looks as expected, so small tidbits of usage here and there.
