Mine too! I just reinstalled 10.04 for her on a random old Dell laptop yesterday, as we'd been upgrading all the way since 8.04. It has been so much more trouble-free than XP for her. I was having trouble configuring the wireless, I thought... then I noticed my Mac wouldn't connect, either! Rebooted the router, and indeed everything Ubuntu installed worked out of the box.
