Probably it's just triggering your AV's heuristics by using an exe compressor.

VT doesn't detect anything https://www.virustotal.com/#/url/cd39f57162b0bd78f06111180384ec143d5789bdec690f57ad5d8747019fcd1f/detection https://www.virustotal.com/#/url/cd39f57162b0bd78f0611118038... so I don't know why Google's Safe Browsing service flagged it.
