It's a pretty good deterrent in case Russia gets a bit too cocky in Europe.
- secfirstmd 8y agoOr the US balks at the idea of going to war with Russia and decides to remove its nuclear Umbrella from Europe/fails to retaliate after a a strike in Europe.
