Yes. My point is that people are blocked to access the website because that list is used by some firewalls to allow or block access.

- mirimir 8y agoBecause Symantec classifies it as a proxy? Edit: And I see that https://www.startpage.com/ https://www.startpage.com/ isn't banned, and it includes a proxy option.
