My partner and I would like 3, maybe 4. In my culture, you don't have kids until you're married and have secured a house/home (a 2-3 bdrm apt or condo would do). We're spending our fertile years trying to move up the ladder and save as much as we can so that we can secure a home. By the time we get the house, we won't the fertility to have 3-4 we'll be lucky if we can get 2.
