What about those suffering from mental health conditions?
- mark212 8y agothe program described here sets the person up with a social worker and mental health treatment is very high on the list of services to offer. But they can't coerce much if anything and some are extremely reluctant to participate in any kind of treatment plan, even out-patient care.
