The middle classes process information. It makes sense that blue collar workers will ultimately earn higher wages than them. It has already occurred in some cases but it's going to become a general pattern. Computer automation is similar to inflation I expect - it will creep up on people and before you know it most university graduates will be poor and the blue collar workers with their act together will be prospering. Not a popular message I realize.
