- proberts 8y agoDepending on the green card path, an advanced degree definitely can help.
- calvinbhai 8y agoForget this path if you were born in India. Just an MS is not enough. Unless you qualify for GC under EB-1 or O-1 visa, high skilled India/China born immigrants, are basically well paid bonded laborers in the US.
- IDTheft 8y agoIf you are from backlogged countries (India or China), your best bet is one of the following options, 1. Marry a USC. 2. EB1A / B 3. EB1C
