Area there any programs (bootcamps, schools, etc.) you recommend? Or do you prefer college degrees?
- mratzloff 8y agoI give some weight to a CS degree from a top engineering school, but beyond that I haven't observed a correlation between education and capability. I give a lot of weight to intellectual curiosity and self-directed initiative, as those are the clearest signals (along with empathy) of being a good engineer.
