I immediately expected the logical extension of Google Firebase App Indexing, so theoretically having an "OK Google" conversation would have API hooks into the back end of call centers such that I could "OK Google" my way thru reporting a cable TV outage or disconnecting my cable TV or making a doctor appointment or whatever. Instead, its almost the logical reverse of giving the call center a "OK Google" instead of what I expected of giving my "OK Google" a call center, or access to the back end of a call center. I'd be more interested in the latter.
