Explain to me, in detail, how you arrived to this conclusion from my previous statement. If anything, a business accepting robocalls from customers would make canceling easier.

- s73v3r_ 8y agoWhich is why you, as a business, would not accept those robocalls.
- jake_the_third 8y agoIf I was a scummy business, sure but you're omitting the other side of the coin: making it easier for customers to do reservations. I still think that businesses would welcome robocall reservations (if they're reliable and efficient) just as they have the internet.
