What kind of emergency surgery is it if you can fly 9 hours before and after going to surgery?

  Where in my statement did I say that? Though of course there are many kinds of emergency surgery and flying certainly does not restrict all of them.

      I said he left, got the operation done, and came back. I didn't say it was within 9 hours of flying.
