Agreed. I'm quite happily pedestrian, and I've met too many people who "went deep" only on a few subjects but were very boring people unless you talked to them about their chosen subjects. Some of my best friends are boring from an economic standpoint because they're poor. But they're wonderful people and I wouldn't trade them for any of the learning I could get from someone who makes more money. I think Hunter S.
