Besides there are several scripts that make flashcards from text files for Anki. My favorite at the moment is [anki-editor for emacs](https://github.com/louietan/anki-editor https://github.com/louietan/anki-editor) because it stores the anki note-id in the org-file so that I can update existing notes in Anki (contrary to most other scripts I know).
