I used to use it frequently, but nowadays I just replace “youtube.com” with “hooktube.com” in the URL.
- JackCh 8y agoIf you have ffmpeg, youtube-dl will let you mix and match any audio and video stream you choose, giving you a lot of options that hooktube simply doesn't. For instance you can combine a very small low quality video stream with a high quality audio stream, if you know you're mostly just going to be listening to the video.
