Similar headline could be written for many US papers.

- cncrnd 8y agoYou're right, it might just be a matter of perspective.
- rbanffy 8y agoI suppose an AGI would demand right to citizenship and, eventually, asylum, to protect itself from being changed by humans. In this case, I assume it inherited the nationality of its parents or from the place of first activation.
