- bilbo0s 8y agoBest part is that Illinois taxpayers don't have to pony up a single nickel. In a very real way, people in LaCrosse, Independence, Pardeeville, and Spring Green will be subsidizing jobs for people in Illinois. I don't know how Chicago does it, but they always come out on top in any big deal that seems to happen in Wisconsin. Now please excuse me while I go recharge my account to pay Illinois more of my money for the pleasure of using their iPass system on the weekends. :( (Maybe I should change my HN screen handle to "AnotherWisconsinSucker"?)
