Except that the seller typically pays around 10% (would be $40k for my house).
- strictnein 8y agoThat's money towards the home itself though. The person I was responding to stated that it was a 6% tax, which is a very different thing.
- jackpirate 8y agoThat's not money towards the home. That's fees payed to brokers, the city, county, etc.
