For me, value of MBTI and similar (DiSC, etc.) is the reminder that people interact in different ways. Yes, it may be pseudoscience, but the discussions sparked by, "Hey! I'm an INTJ, and you're an ENFP!" can be quite enlightening—if only to acknowledge that what I perceive as the "right" way to think about the world isn't universal.
