- erikpukinskis 8y agoYa.. I go back and forth in my head a LOT about the importance of moats. Constantly second guess myself. You sacrifice SO MUCH velocity building a moat, and you cut off any possibility of other companies helping “rise all ships”. But at the same time, aren’t there competent cloners lurking behind every corner ready to jump on your product market fit and outpace you? This article pushed me a little further into the “don’t worry about moats; make your partners successful” camp. But I waver.
