I was going to post the same link. I've always gotten amazing results with that recipe and my 8mm thick 8kg baking steel. After breaking several conventional pizza stones, I figure this one is going to last for decades or even centuries. And there's just something so satisfying about a big honkin' slab o' iron like that.
