I've always believed that I am a pretty terrible programmer. I'm cool with that because I know I am gradually becoming better and better each day. I invoke 3 core principals/ideals: * No matter how good you are, someone is always better than you. Yes. Always. * Surround yourself with people smarter than you, rather than shun them egotistically. Intelligence is contagious. * Admit fault, show humility to others who do the same.
