Instead of hiring someone extra, you could also rotate the assignment on a daily/weekly basis to one of the engineers.
- Retric 8y agoThis defeats the purpose of having someone know the answers to repeated questions. Rotating the role ends up with a lot of overhead and some increased turnover as a few people really hate this.
