Interesting issue. We had the same issues albeit on a much smaller scale so we actually are building a bot that tries to parse some common words and checks to see if it has been answered by an engineer already and presents the responses. We could’ve created an FAQ but thought it was cool to do something like that. We might actually end up with a hybrid solution after giving the bot a go.
