Surely most interviewers are interested in things that are slightly more abstract than answers to specific data structure question.
1) has requisite base level of knowledge,
2) shows humility/knows own limits,
3) has an ability to explain complex ideas simply,
4) demonstrates an innate curiosity and
5) can work through problems methodically
