I'd like to see some sort of browser request header that can set or deny permissions on a global basis, dealt with by an options page in the web browser. Then sites only need to serve up the annoying dialogs if they need a permission you haven't set, otherwise clearing cookies periodically means being plagued by the dreaded things. >;-(
