I don’t know where you read that US users are declining but based on the last earnings call it’s still growing! Is it growing as fast as other regions? of course not! FB already captures some 80% of the US population...there isn’t much space to grow left! If from now one they loose some users a quarter and regain them the next quarter that is still amazing!
