One of our recent projects is an Ethereum Data Oracle service (https://dAppBridge.com https://dAppBridge.com)... the aim of this is to provide efficiency in terms of performance (Which leads to lower Ethereum gas costs) and also ease of use (Much faster dev time and integration).
