- menssen 8y agoIt’s too bad that “sales driven” is code for “information hiding.” But it’s true. Anecdotally, I’ve been able to solve the information assymetry problem by drinking recruiters under the table. This is pretty much a prerequisite for me working with you. Your mileage may vary.
- MisterBastahrd 8y agoRecruiters aren't taking your references to figure out whether you're good at your job. I mean they are, but that isn't the main purpose behind taking them. They're taking your references to build a network to acquire business from your employer.
