I'm not actually a fan this format but I like the fact that they actually tried it. NYT seems like one of the few old media outlets embracing new technologies.

I'm not actually a fan this format but I like the fact that they actually tried it. NYT seems like one of the few old media outlets embracing new technologies. Trying out new formats, experimenting with different media types, and trying new things in general is what's going to push traditional media companies forward. Not pumping more and more intrusive ads.
