- scarface74 8y agoSo two standard APIs talking to each other or the person calling to make the reservation knows they are talking to a computer with limited domain understanding and speaks accordingly and the backend calls an API -- like programming an Alexa skill....
- 0xakhil 8y agoThis doesn't make sense. They should just use an API. Why bother speaking like human when it is a bot at the other end!! :D
