- pjc50 8y agoThat's quite a rant about the F35, but I'm not sure the lessons apply to Albania - in a Stalinist country there's no need for the pretense of "contracts", there's no free market. Meanwhile Switzerland also has a lot of bunkers, to the point where they're part of the building code. The lesson that in both Stalinist systems and too many capitalist ones you need to say what the boss wants to hear rather than point out problems is an important one though.
