I've been here (Bunk'art 1), and if you happen to be in Tirana with a couple hours to kill this is a great museum. There is also a great bunker museum near Skanderberg Square (Bunk'art 2) which is a cold-war era secret police bunker. There are various other more traditional bunkers all throughout the entire country, it's fascinating to hike and come across a small bunker complex to house an artillery section or whatnot and go exploring in them. Every coast is also entirely dotted with small 2-3 man bunkers for machine gun nests, to the point if it being a local industry to remove them. One of the more interesting countries I've ever visited, highly recommend spending a couple weeks in the country if you are the adventurous tourist type.
