- namibj 8y agoNo, but exotic software people use to design integrated circuits, like a WiFi modem, or a Bitcoin miner. Autodesk, the creator of AutoCAD, sells Eagle, an EDA software. It does not go lower than you can go with a soldering iron, except for allowing solder joints that are better created with hot air / infrared heating, and fancy multi-layer circuit boards with components on the inside.
