Video job applications next for recruiting?
- Boombuster 8y agoLet me get this right. A recruiter posts a video job ad, then a job applicant submits a video pitch to the recruiter on why they are the best candidate for the job? And the pre-screening questions, if a potential job candidate doesn't get answer the pre-screening questions right they are not able to apply for the job?
