Chili's has a table kiosk. It would be fine but for the fact that many deviations (including Chili's own gift cards) fail without explanation, requiring manager intervention. And the manager inevitably fails to process the promos (free drink or chips), requiring another intervention (e.g. splitting the promo items to another check, then comping it). Every single egift card fails. And the bonus cards don't even have QRcodes, and there is no way for the patron to enter them. It's just stupid.
