I automated work reimbursements. I drop pdfs in a dropbox folder from any device, and at the end of the month, my home computer combines the pdfs, attaches it to an email and sends it off to accounting. I could have it autodetect which invoices from my email match work expenses, but the hard-to-automate part is needing to upload paper receipts.
