Surely Skype's license doesn't disallow redistributing its unmodified binaries? I can only see this relevant clause in the ToS, and the repo wasn't reselling:

I can only see this relevant clause in the ToS, and the repo wasn't reselling:
>6.6 No Reselling. The Software and Products are for your individual use. You shall not resell or commercialise the Software and/or Products to any third party.
- AstralStorm 8y agoThe copyright prevents copying by default. So if the license doesn't explicitly allow it, you cannot copy or otherwise redistribute. (excluding certain legal protections such as archival use)
