You want people who can "disagree without being disagreeable"

  I've seen the word disagreeable being used in a few studies lately and I was beginning to wonder if it meant something else in psychological circles, ie not agreeing to everything rather than being unpleasant. Every definition seems to point to being vexatious, which I find somewhat sad.
