This conclusion is amazing! Finally we have a study that says hiring good teachers does not matter. And that going to teaching school to become a better teacher is not important! If this conclusion is correct, teachers can be replaced low wage unskilled laborers! /s This (possibly MotherJones simplified) conclusion must clearly be bogus. Perhaps I should take a look at the actual study, because this article is terrible.
