Buff headwear (http://www.buffwear.co.uk/ http://www.buffwear.co.uk/) is great for this as it’s a really soft material, much more comfortable than an eye mask I find, and will stay in place unlike a towel or whatever. Blocks out a pretty good amount of light too.
