Different communities have slightly different rules (they've been 90%+ the same from my experience), but that's why I said to print on the lid. Same bins can be bought in bulk and the only logistics would be dealing with a smaller, easier to transport lids. Or just use a big, super strong sticker. New rules? New sticker covering the old one.
