Also look into Instapaper. I've known about it for some time but never really used it until I bought a Kindle 3. Instapaper supports periodically automatically pushing content to your Kindle (using the Kindle email address, so it costs $0.15). However, if you use the Kindle web browser you can load Instapaper and download a Kindle version of your articles for free. For now, this is what I'm doing (mostly because it is more "on demand" than having content pushed at some interval).
